4. TCPA Consent — Calls, Autodialed Calls, Pre-Recorded Messages & SMS/Text
By providing your telephone number(s) on this website and submitting a quote request or any other form, you expressly consent and agree, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 ("TCPA"), and its implementing regulations (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), as well as any applicable state telemarketing laws, to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from The Moving Group, its affiliates, service providers, marketing partners, and FMCSA-authorized motor carriers in our network, at the telephone number and email address you provided, for any purpose, including but not limited to:
- Responding to your quote request and coordinating your move;
- Providing customer service, account, scheduling, and transactional information;
- Sending telemarketing, advertising, promotional offers, follow-ups, and reminders, including offers from third-party partners.
Methods of Contact. You agree that such calls and messages may be made or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer"), an artificial or pre-recorded voice, ringless voicemail, soundboard technology, and/or short message service (SMS/MMS) text messages, even if the telephone number you provided is on any federal or state Do Not Call Registry, internal company DNC list, or wireless number.
Not a Condition of Purchase. Your consent to receive autodialed/pre-recorded calls and text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still request a quote by calling us directly at 888-888-8888.
Message Frequency & Charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your mobile plan for details.

Supported Carriers. Messaging supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the subscriber and/or customary user of any telephone number you provide, are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and have the authority to give the consents described above. You agree to notify us immediately if you cease to use any telephone number you provided.
Express Written Consent. By clicking "Submit," "Get My Free Quote," or any similar button on our forms, you electronically sign and agree to this TCPA consent. You acknowledge that this constitutes your "prior express written consent" as defined under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(f)(9).
5. Sharing With Third Parties
As a licensed interstate broker, we share your move details with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers in our network so they may provide service. We do not sell your personal information.
