1. Acceptance

By accessing or using The Moving Group website ("Site") or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Broker Status

The Moving Group is a properly licensed interstate household goods broker. We are not a motor carrier and do not transport household goods ourselves. We coordinate and arrange transportation with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers.

3. Estimates

All quotes provided through the Site are non-binding estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final charges are determined by the assigned motor carrier in accordance with its published tariff, which is available for inspection upon reasonable request.

4. TCPA Consent — Telephone, Autodialed Calls, Pre-Recorded Messages & SMS/Text

By providing your telephone number(s) and submitting any form on this Site, you expressly consent and agree, pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 ("TCPA"), and its implementing regulations at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), ringless voicemails, and emails from The Moving Group, its affiliates, marketing partners, service providers, and FMCSA-authorized motor carriers in our network at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provided, including for marketing and telemarketing purposes.

Means of Contact. You agree such communications may be made or transmitted using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or pre-recorded voice, soundboard technology, and/or SMS/MMS text messaging, even if the number you provided is registered on any federal or state Do Not Call list or is a wireless number.

Consent Not Required to Purchase. Consent to receive autodialed, pre-recorded, or text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to obtain a quote by calling 888-888-8888.

Message Frequency, Rates & Carriers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost, Cricket, and others). T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out. To stop SMS/text messages, reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP. To stop phone calls, ask the representative to add you to our internal Do Not Call list or email us at the contact address provided on this Site.

Authority & Age. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, are the subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you provide, and have full authority to grant the consents above. You agree to notify The Moving Group promptly when you cease to be the user or subscriber of a number you provided.

Express Written Consent. By clicking "Submit," "Get My Free Quote," or any similar button, you electronically sign this consent, which constitutes your "prior express written consent" within the meaning of 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(f)(9), and your agreement to be contacted as described, even if your number is on a federal or state DNC registry.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of The Moving Group or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Moving Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services arranged through us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Moving Group maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
